Child & Child has been established for over 160 years and is a leading provider of legal services. Our policy is to ensure that partners and staff are as approachable as possible and that clients are kept informed at all times of progress so that they understand what action is being taken on their behalf and its significance. The firm is acutely aware of the importance of giving clear, practical and intelligible advice which minimises the use of legal jargon.                                                                                                                                            

As a Support Partner of The Worshipful Company of Masons, Child & Child has agreed that they will donate a percentage of the fees paid by members of the Livery to The Charitable Trust and The Craft Fund. This commission will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the funds and the initial relationship will be for a period of three years.

As a sign of their commitment to this new relationship, Child & Child has made an initial donation of £500 to each of our Charities.

A procedure has been agreed between the parties in order that we can monitor the fees earned by Child & Child, and the subsequent charitable donations, as a result of this arrangement but we will not be party to any private information regarding names and details of the advice given.
