The Company Today
The Company has a Livery membership governed by a Court of Assistants led by an annually elected Master and two Wardens (Upper and Renter). For this year’s Officers see Courts and Officials. The executive administration is under the control of an appointed Clerk.
Membership of the Livery is available to applicants, preferably connected with the construction industry, and supported by a member of the Court and an established existing Member. For more information on Membership see Membership and Fellowship.
The main activities of the Company involve furthering the high standards of the craft of stonemasonry and the support of more general charitable causes, and to this end the Company administers two registered charities.
